"Reaching Across Boundaries" (Part II)

Reaching Across the Fineview-Perry Hilltop Border

Our second story about "Reaching Across Boundaries" features two PCRG members: Fineview Citizens Council and Perry Hilltop Citizens Council.  The two neighborhood organizations teamed up to revitalize a shared gateway at the intersection of Lafayette Avenue and Federal Street.  With the help of  $1,000 Love Your Block grant, the two groups collaborated to beautify an entrance to their neighborhoods.  The volunteer event drew over 40 participants and included various activities for kids.  See below for pictures and read this Post-Gazette article for more details on the two neighborhood organizations.
